【摘要】 目的 探讨临床护理路径在糖尿病患儿健康教育中的应用效果。方法 将82例Ⅰ型糖尿病患儿随机分为观察组40例和对照组42例，观察组将临床护理路径用于健康教育，有计划、有组织的对患儿及家属进行健康教育；对照组采用常规健康教育方法；观察、比较两组患儿及家属对疾病知识的掌握情况、认知和行为改变情况、低血糖发生率及满意度。结果 观察组相关知识掌握程度、认知态度和行为改变均明显高于对照组，低血糖发生率则明显低于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；满意度也有一定程度的提高，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在糖尿病患儿的健康教育中实施临床护理路径可以提高患儿及家属的健康知识知晓率、自我防护能力，有效地预防了并发症、同时增进护患和谐关系、提高护理工作质量和效率。

The Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in the Health Education to the Diabetic Children

【Abstract】 Objective
To discuss the effect of clinical nursing pathway applying in the health education of diabetic children. Methods 82 type Ⅰ diabetic children were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group, 40 cases (n = 40) and the control group, 42 cases (n= 42).For the observation group, clinical nursing pathway was applied in health education to those diabetic children as well as their relatives in an organized and orderly way for the control group, conventional health education was used. Thus, the disease knowledge, cognitive and behavioral transformation, hypoglycemic rate and satisfaction degree are observed and compared aiming at the two groups of children and their families. Results The disease knowledge, cognitive and behavioral change were obviously higher in the observation group than those of the control group,however, the hypoglycemic rate is the opposite. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction degree had improved a little, but the difference had no statistically significance (P>0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in the diabetic children health education can improve the health knowledge awareness rate and self-protection capability of the patients and their families, which effectively prevent complications, while promoting a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, improving the nursing quality and work efficiency.
